ZetaTalk Chat Q&A for September 27, 2014
I came across the article in the news stating that Russian government plans to control internet in cases of emergency. I sense that this is related to the facts related to Planet X. The article states that the authorities plan to set the Russian segment of internet in a way allowing to isolate it from the rest of the world web in cases of emergency. Would the Z's care to comment? [and from another] http://top.rbc.ru/society/19/09/2014/949993.shtml#xtor=AL-[internal_traffic]--[rbc.ru]-[main_body]-[item_1] Question about the new security measures in the field of Internet will be considered at a meeting of the Security Council with the participation of President Vladimir Putin. President's press secretary confirmed that September 22 will be a meeting of the Security Council, but did not specify what issues will be addressed. This is not a permanent disconnection from the Internet, and about how to configure the equipment so that in the event of an emergency the Russian segment of the Internet could be isolated from the World Wide Web. Emergencies can be considered military actions or protests inside the country. In early September, a State Duma deputy prepared a package of proposals on the development of instructions for citizens and private companies over the use of the Internet in emergency situations. In April 2014 he took the initiative to create an internal Internet access isolated from the European Union and the United States. [and from another] http://rt.com/news/188960-internet-blackout-russia-counter/ Facing a possible cut-off from the internet by the US, Russian security officials and IT giants are discussing the possibility to make the Russian sector of the net independent. The goal is not to have ‘an internet of its own’, like North Korea’s. It’s also not about being able to shut down electronic communications in Russia in the face of massive riots, as Turkey and Egypt recently did, although such an option would be welcomed. Rather it is to ensure that if the US government uses its emergency powers to cut Russian IP addresses from service, then backup servers would be ready to step in. Back in 2012, US President Barack Obama signed an executive order allowing him to take control of all communications on American soil, including those crucial for the normal operation of the internet. The US also reportedly has a history of cutting a country off the internet. Unlike China, which developed its segment of the internet with the goal of keeping tight control over it in mind, Russia allowed the ‘runet’ to organically grow from foreign parts of the infrastructure. [and from another] http://news.xinhuanet.com/english/china/2014-09/18/c_133653564.htm China sincerely hopes to join with ASEAN to cooperate in cyberspace, jointly building a China-ASEAN information harbor based in Guangxi. The harbor will be an information hub for the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road and a community of common destiny. Cyberspace is complicated and related to national security, freedom of speech, and cross-border transactions. Its security needs all countries. As cyberspace has changed over the past decade, the previous framework may not suit today's situation. [and from another] http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DARPA DARPA supported the evolution of the ARPANET (the first wide-area packet switching network), Packet Radio Network, Packet Satellite Network and ultimately, the Internet. [and from another] http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/InterNIC The Network Information Center (NIC), also known as InterNIC from 1993 until 1998, was the internet governing body primarily responsible for domain name allocations and X.500 directory services. From its inception in 1972 until October 1, 1991, it was run by the Stanford Research Institute (now known as SRI International), and led by Jake Feinler. From October 1991 until September 18, 1998, it was run by Network Solutions. Thereafter, the responsibility was assumed by the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN). InterNIC is a registered service mark of the U.S. Department of Commerce. [and from another] http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ICANN On September 29, 2006, ICANN signed a new agreement with the United States Department of Commerce (DOC) that moves the organization further towards a solely multistakeholder governance model.
The Internet as it exists today was originally formed in 1958 by US
intelligence agencies. DARPA
used packet relay from server to server for communications and the monster
was born. The US also coordinated assignment of domain
names for many years, and is still dominant in that regard. The
trend, however, is for domain control to become international and
nonprofit, but control of ICANN
still lies on US territory and outside of the US the whole matter of
Internet control festers with resentments and suspicion.
Domains control Internet traffic by relating a logical name (ie ZetaTalk.com) with a physical number (188.8.131.52) so a user friendly name can relate to an absolutely unique physical address, and the packets routed with surety. ICANN maintains databases of domain names, published worldwide. These databases are available to the local hubs where dialup or DSL or wifi users can connect to the Internet backbone. This traffic can be disrupted in several ways. The domain can disappear from the ICANN database, either because the domain owner failed to pay his bill or potentially for other nefarious reasons. Some countries ban websites by removing the domain from their locally used databases.
Why are Russia and China suddenly making changes to the way their Internet operates? If politics were involved, these changes would have occurred decades ago! Communications are already faltering, due to electro-magnetic assault by the charged tail of Planet X. Radar failures, GPS and GLONAS failing, planes going down, blackouts, and electronic hickups worldwide. Internet cables laid across the Pacific or Atlantic, across vulnerable plate boundaries, are likewise a worry in this regard. By creating internal hubs for domain control and maintenance, Russia and China are ensuring landline operations in the event that satellite communications falter further.
The location we have been living at is supposed to be a very old and geologically stable place. Rounded shape hills, not too many and not too high, speaking of old and stable hill formations, and a very low-degree slope, high altitude flat are the predominant features in the landscape. The area experienced a big one, a few years ago, but no considerable damage was reported on rather old housing, most of the houses built in an artisan style, following almost no technical rules, and some of them even old mud and straw construction. But what has really called my attention is the seismic behavior. The earthquakes announce themselves by a loud noise, like a train is passing by at say, some 200-300 yards distance from our house. Then, some 6 seconds after the rumbling noise started, comes a generally short lasting earthquake, almost always in the form of one or a few more short shakes. These short shakes last for much shorter a time than the noise itself. The other thing I have noticed, is that the rumbling noise seems to come mostly from the direction of the Andes range. So, we have this pattern: first a rumbling noise, like a train. The noise seems to come from the Andes range. Finally, a short lasting earthquake. I had never seen this kind of seismic pattern in any other part of the country before. And the noise, it is so clear, and so distinct, like I had never heard before during an earthquake. Do you think the Zetas may be willing to interpret and comment on this type of seismic behavior?
How earthquakes are experienced on the surface varies depending upon
distance from the epicenter and the rock and soil characteristics. If
above the epicenter and snapping rock is involved, a sharp jolt will
characterize the quake, dashing buildings from side to side and tossing
their contents. This type of quake, above snapping rock that is shifting
location, will also reflect these shifts on the surface. Deep cracks will
appear, water or gas mains will snap, roads will heave and shatter and
bridges drop. The sound accompanying a snapping rock quake at the
epicenter will be a loud boom.
If the quake occurs below deep soil the result on the surface is more a jiggle or shaking, which may go on for some time. The surface may rise or fall as a result of the adjustment below, and if the soil is sufficiently loose this may be seen on the surface as waves. Liquifaction, where buildings tip sideways and eventually flop over on their side, can result. Since sound is produced by vibrations carried by the air, these jiggling quakes result in a rumbling sound. Sounds such as booms from snapping rock and rumbling from jiggling ground can travel great distances.
Where not above an adjustment point, ie at a distance from a plate border or fault line, or where sliding rock strata has been worn smooth via constant subduction, the results on the surface may be minimal. The results on either side of a Continental Divide can differ, thus. Where subduction has been occurring regularly on one side, the rock surfaces are smooth and the adjustment is felt as a series of slight jolts, grip and release. Where the subduction is pressing inland on the other side, under virgin land, the top layer can be carried virtually unaffected or can be terribly rumpled, depending upon its rock and soil characteristics.
I was wondering if the Zetas could comment on the validity of the Scots vote for independence? I am extremely suspicious and there is this article about the Russian’s suspicion. [and from another] http://m.theweek.com/speedreads/index/268439/speedreads-russia-identifies-north-korean-style-irregularities-in-scottish-independence-vote Members of the media expressed skepticism at the "North Korean"-style turnout level — a dubiously high 90 percent. [and from another] http://www.theguardian.com/politics/2014/sep/19/russia-calls-foul-scottish-referendum?CMP=twt_gu There are tables, with voting papers stacked upon them, but the observers are stuck around the perimeter. Even if you want to, it's impossible to tell what's happening. It's also unclear where the boxes with ballot papers come from. [and from another] http://www.infowars.com/yes-supporters-claim-videos-show-scottish-referendum-was-rigged/ Despite a ten per cent margin of victory for the ‘No’ campaign in the Scottish referendum, some supporters of the ‘Yes’ camp are pointing to videos which they claim show evidence of vote rigging. In the first example, bundles of referendum papers are seen on top of a table designated for ‘No’ votes and yet when zoomed in, the top paper on two of the bundles clearly shows an X marked in the box for ‘Yes’. Police in Glasgow are also investigating at least ten cases of vote fraud where people turned up to vote only to find that their names had already been crossed off the list, suggesting other people were voting multiple times. [and from another] http://beforeitsnews.com/eu/2014/09/scottish-poll-rigged-aangirfan-2569306.html In Dundee, a fire alarm led to the evacuation of the building where the vote was being counted. In Dundee, a strong YES area, the count was suspended twice due to fire alarms. The turnout in the strong YES area of Dundee was 78.8%, which is lower than the 85% turnout in Scotland as a whole In Dundee, 'Yes' ballot papers were spotted on a 'No' table. [and from another] http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/world-news/live-scotland-votes-no-historic-4284826 A YouGov survey for The Sun and The Times and a separate poll by Panelbase both found 52% of Scots will to vote to stay in the union, with 48% favouring independence, when undecided voters are excluded. But research by Ipsos-Mori for the broadcaster STV suggested the gap could be even closer, indicating 51% of people will vote No to 49% saying Yes. [and from another] http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LbJif7vISQg&feature=youtu.be [and from another] http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2014-09-19/was-scottish-vote-rigging-caught-tape This will be like Bush stealing the election in the USA and it will linger causing tremendous resentment in Britain. The whole of Europe needed the Scottish NO vote. Since Brussels rigged the Italian elections, we cannot rule out their involvement behind the scenes yet in Scotland. This has led to so many in Scotland feeling they have been cheated and reduced to second class slaves of London and Brussels. The EU Commission was threatened by Scotland because if they won their independence, the contagion would have engulfed all of Europe and that would cost jobs in Brussels. This is not about what is good for Europe, it is what is now good for the politicians to keep their huge salaries. [and from another] http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2761711/Police-investigating-alleged-electoral-fraud-polling-stations-Glasgow-Scotland-people-votes-cast.html Police in Glasgow are investigating ten cases of suspected electoral fraud. Voters turned up at polling stations to find that people had already voted using their names. Glasgow City Council confirmed that there had been 10 instances where people had gone to vote and found their names had already been crossed off the list. [and from another] http://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/scottish-independence/scottish-independence-final-opinion-polls-show-undecided-voters-could-swing-the-result-either-way-9739059.html The final opinion polls before the vote suggested that the campaign against independence retained a very slight lead. But with significant numbers of people still undecided, the result will remain impossible to predict until the early hours of Friday morning. An Ipsos-MORI poll tonight suggested that Scotland would reject independence by the smallest of margins, with 51 per cent of people intending to vote No and 49 per cent Yes, excluding undecided voters. A separate Panelbase survey had very similar findings, with 52 per cent saying they favoured keeping the union and 48 per cent keen to go it alone. Both polls suggested that about five per cent of voters – or one in 20 – remain undecided and could swing the result. [and from another] http://blog.constitutioncenter.org/2014/09/scotland-says-the-uk-is-better-together/ Turnout, while high, was slightly below expectations, hovering around 80-85 percent for most areas. Notably, Edinburgh, the largest council area by population, clocked in at a mere 75 percent.
Election fraud is certainly nothing new, so widespread as to be
universal. During the famous election rigging in the 2000 and 2004
Presidential elections, during which George W. Bush resoundingly lost to
his opponents but was installed in the White House anyway, the following
tricks were used. There was no way to support a recount as Diebold
machines electronically captured the votes, and electronic results could
be changed with no audit trail. Counts were easily changed by wifi laptops
nearby, and were observed being changed. Ballots on paper were lost, at
times found in dumpsters. And recounts were denied by Republican judges
and state officials.
The clues that the vote in Scotland was rigged are many. The polls were on an upswing for the YES vote, and then suddenly turned the other way, at least in the press. Momentum on a much debated subject does not suddenly swing. Momentum going into the final days traditionally continues to build, reflecting undecided voters finally making a choice. What would have changed the direction? New facts? Polls are manipulated in several ways, by carefully choosing the respondents to skew the result, and by limiting the number of respondents. It is important to have the polls going into an election mirror the results. In Scotland, even the final polls only showed a 2% advantage to NO, vs a final result of almost 10%.
Where the focus is on how the observers were kept away from the counting tables, and how ballots were placed in the wrong piles, this is looking in the wrong direction. Paper ballots can be recounted, and were recounted. Fraud thus happened before the ballots reached the counting rooms. An example is Dundee where fire alarms emptied the rooms and the vote turnout was a full 6% lower than the rest of Scotland. Edinburgh had a turnout a full 10% below the rest of Scotland. Was the weather a deterrent? Thus the will of Scotland was stolen, for the EU, for the Queen, and for the establishment in general. In the end, it will not matter, as the Pole Shift will be a great leveler.
It appears Earth's magnetosphere has entered new territory with respect to the magnetic onslaught from Planet X. In addition to an unprecedented magnetospheric compression that prevailed for several days between September 12 and 18, Earth's ionosphere also suddenly began exhibiting signs of disproportionate electrostatic potential on September 11. In the past, even during severe compressions, ionospheric potential was mostly uniform beyond the polar regions. Since September 11 at approximately 21:00 UTC, ionospheric potential is increasingly at the lowest level on the side of Earth facing away from the Sun. Can the Zetas please explain why this is now occurring?
[and from another] http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Atmospheric_electricity Earth is surrounded by a magnetosphere. The magnetosphere is the location where the outward magnetic pressure of the Earth's magnetic field is counterbalanced by the solar wind, a plasma. Most of the solar particles are deflected to either side of the magnetopause. The ionosphere is the inner edge of the magnetosphere and is the part of the atmosphere that is ionized by solar radiation. [and from another] http://www.briangwilliams.us/meteorology/the-atmospheric-capacitor.html The earth is a fairly good conductor of electricity. So is the upper part of the atmosphere known as the ionosphere. The air between these two conducting regions, in the troposphere (where most weather occurs) and in the stratosphere, is a poor conductor of electric current. The troposphere and stratosphere of the earth compose a good electrical insulator, but it is not perfect. Vertical air currents, and regions of high moisture content, produce channels of higher conductivity than that of the surrounding air. Cumulonimbus clouds, which sometimes reach to the top of the troposphere, present paths of better ground-to-ionosphere conductivity than stable, dry air.
The common man can sense that the Earth is being bombarded by magnetons
from the N Pole of Planet X. This is being documented by the increase in
blackouts, static on radio and TV, planes disappearing from radar, planes
crashing from electrical problem, and satellite failures for GPS and
GLONAS. Earth scientists note this by capturing the electrical potential,
(ie the difference between the positive charge of the Ionosphere and the
negative charge of Earth) and measuring the strength and components of the
When magnetosphere charts show the magnetosphere “compressing” it means that the Earth’s magnetosphere cannot compete and is being corrupted by either a larger magnetosphere (ie Nibiru, aka Planet X) or an intense blast from the Sun. For the past decade, the deforming magnetosphere of Earth cannot be explained by the Solar Wind, though the lingering cover-up over the presence of Nibiru in the inner solar system has NASA trying to relate magnetosphere problems with solar activity. NASA freely lies, and has been doing so for over a decade, blaming these problems on non-existent or slight solar activity. That these magnetic blasts are coming from Planet X can hardly be denied.
The protection that the magnetosphere affords to Earth is described by Earth scientists as a deflecting of the Solar Wind at what is assumed to be the outer edge of the Earth’s magnetosphere, at the point where the Ionosphere resides. When the magnetosphere becomes compressed, the bombardment by the Sun is assumed to drive the electrostatic charge in the atmospheric layers closer to the Earth, thus increasing lightning discharge and potentially interfering with mankind’s electrical systems. This has been happening lately, an increase in lightning and blackouts, and will increase without abatement in the future.
Magnetic and electric particles are known to be attracted to each other, and flow together. The Earth is assumed to have a negative charge, as lightning discharges to its surface. The poles likewise are assumed to have a positive charge at the N Pole, which is the outbound flow of magnetons, and negative at the S Pole, the intake. Prior to September, 2014 the familiar equilibrium where the assumed edge of the Earth’s magnetosphere, ie the Ionosphere, would bear the brunt of electrical incitement, ie a positive charge from the bombardment of solar rays, existed.
Now under the intense assault from the magnetosphere of Planet X, the point where a positive charge is kept at a distance has diminished. It is closer to Earth. This is noted as both an increased negative charge for much of the Earth, and a higher voltage in the Ionosphere. That the negative charge is on the side opposite the Sun and Planet X is noteworthy, as it is due of course to the blast of magnetons and accompanying electrons from the N Pole of Planet X, though NASA might continue to try to blame the Sun. We have long warned that blackouts would increase, satellites would increasingly fail, and air travel become increasingly risky. That time has arrived.
The news of today is that India has just successfully reached Mars (the first country to successfully do so on its first attempt). Question for the Zetas: Since there hasn't been so far an intervention by the COW, can we expect the Indian space agency to be more open to what they would soon discover on Mars, and possibly disclose some evidence of alien life? [and from another] http://www.bbc.com/news/world-asia-india-29357438 India's space agency has released its first picture of Mars, taken by its satellite which entered orbit around the Red Planet. It is the first time a maiden voyage to Mars has entered orbit successfully and it is the cheapest. Nasa's latest Maven mission cost almost 10 times as much. India's 1,350kg (2,970lb) robotic spacecraft, which undertook a 10-month-long 200-million-km journey, is equipped with five instruments. They include a thermal imaging spectrometer to map the surface and mineral wealth of the planet, and a sensor to track methane - a possible sign of life - and other components of the atmosphere. India has become the fourth nation or geo-bloc to put a satellite into orbit around Mars, and the first from Asia. Only the US, Russia and Europe have previously sent missions to Mars. [and from another] http://www.aljazeera.com/news/asia/2014/09/india-triumphs-with-first-mission-mars-201492424235943945.html The success of the Mars orbiter mission, lauded for its low $74m cost, has placed India in an elite club of Martian explorers with the US, the European Space Agency and the former Soviet Union. India has said the spacecraft, called Mangalyaan in Hindi, was chiefly meant to showcase the country's ability to design, plan, manage and operate a deep-space mission. India has already conducted dozens of successful satellite launches, including sending up the Chandrayaan-1 lunar orbiter, which discovered key evidence of water on the Moon in 2008. Five solar-powered instruments will help determine how Martian weather systems work and what happened to the water that is believed to have once existed on Mars in large quantities. The probe will also search for methane, a key chemical in life processes on Earth that could also come from geological processes.
Was India assisted to get to Mars on what is being hailed as an extremely
cheap and highly successful voyage? They were certainly not hindered. At
10% what such a voyage costs NASA, and with high grade images of Mars
being delivered, India has suddenly become the
place to go when wanting to hire help for such missions. This is frankly
stated as the goal of their endeavors, to be viewed as employable. Where
the Council of Worlds did not assist this mission, beyond ensuring that no
unexpected blocks were encountered, they do expect that the images will
propel the Awakening further. Signs of
life, signs of water, signs of the former Annunaki, and perhaps
other intelligent life too. Should India try to transport humans to Mars,
where the elite hope to escape during the trauma of the Pole Shift, their
missions would be disrupted.
