Site Rental / Fair Use Policy
Established April 16, 2000
Use of the private residence where the Headquarters is established shall be:
$40/month each for rental of the office and reception area
$20/night per guest in cottage or guest room
$10/day for meals for a guest taking meals on site
$0 for nonprofit members staying on site but paying room and board
Where the nonprofit pays rental or fair use reimbursement, the Office Manager determines use of the office, the Principal and Project Manager of any projects at the site authorizes guest arrangements, and Residence Manager must likewise approve all guest arrangements. If the Residence Manager denies a request, accomodations must be made elsewhere for a visiting nonprofit member.
